Decorations are visual elements that add aesthetic detail to your level. They are placed on block sides and do not affect gameplay mechanics, but they enhance the visual experience.

Placing Decorations

  1. Left-click a block side to select it
  2. Press U to open the Decorations Pool
  3. Select a decoration template from the grid — it is placed on the selected side
  4. The decoration appears on the side with its default orientation
If a decoration already exists on the selected side, pressing U opens the Element Properties menu for that decoration.

Removing Decorations

  1. Select the side with the decoration
  2. Press U to open the Decorations Pool
  3. Select the None option

Decoration Properties

Orientation

Set the decoration’s visual orientation:
  • North, East, South, West
  • The orientation affects how the decoration is rendered on the side

Template Properties

Decorations may have template-defined properties accessible through the Local Properties menu:
  • Visual variant, color, scale, or other aesthetic options
  • Properties are defined by the decoration’s template

Script Attachment

Decorations can have Lua scripts attached with tags and local variables for animated or interactive visual effects.

Decoration Pool

The Decorations Pool displays all decoration templates from the current theme. Templates marked as DeveloperModeOnly are hidden unless Developer Mode is active.

Notes

  • Decorations are purely visual — they do not collide with the ball or affect gameplay
  • Multiple decorations can exist on the same side (depending on template)
  • Decorations are saved per-section and persist with the level data
